Stian Koopman: Practice Manager Stian Koopman brings a friendly and approachable demeanour to his role as Practice Manager. Renowned for his strong work ethic and passion for building connections, Stian is dedicated to creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for both patients and staff. Staying up-to-date with medical fund plans, fees, and credit providers is a constant challenge, but Stian is always ready to sort out any problems and ensure that patients can make full use of their medical funds. He has a direct link with the accounting firm responsible for our billing and is always open to questions and queries, making him a valuable member of our team. When he's not at work, Stian enjoys quality time with family and friends and is a keen sports enthusiast, particularly passionate about rugby and cricket. He also enjoys drifting vehicles. His commitment to fostering a positive experience shines through in every interaction, making him an invaluable member of our team. Elizma Bothma: Reception Elizma is a warm and compassionate member of our reception team who believes in the power of connection. Growing up in a small town in the Karoo, she is dedicated to helping others and ensuring that everyone feels acknowledged and cared for. With a love for spending quality time with her daughter, Elizma also enjoys dreamy island vacations that allow her to recharge. Riëtte has a passion for horses, cats, and boating, as well as an appreciation for tulips and the breathtaking scenery of the region. Known for her bright and amiable manner, Riëtte is a go-getter who is not afraid of hard work and consistently goes the extra mile. Her welcoming nature ensures that everyone feels at home, and she is always quick to assist with any needs you may have at the reception.
