Baking has always been part of her life, but it became something deeper after the loss of her brother. Over the past two years, she has faced significant health challenges and ongoing treatment. Despite everything, she chose not to give up. She turned to what she loves most: baking. What started as a way to generate income became a space of creativity, strength and purpose. Cake Cookies offers filled cookies, cakes, rusks and other handcrafted baked goods made with care and quality ingredients. From carrot cake cookies with cream cheese filling to indulgent Rolo-stuffed creations, she continues experimenting with new flavours to delight her customers.
